Shipping Information

  • Standard Shipping time is 13 to 15 working days in India, 20 to 22 days outside India

  • For all orders within India above Rs 10,000, we offer free shipping. For International deliveries, we offer free shipping on orders above Rs 30,000/- .

  • For deliveries within India the price of the product listed on the Website are inclusive of GST.

  • For deliveries outside India, customs duties and local taxes have to be paid by customers to our shipping partner at the time of shipment delivery. The amount of duties and taxes depend on the policies of your destination country.

  • Delivery Time for your order starts from the next day of date of Order Confirmation.

  • Due to unforeseen circumstances, it’s possible that a designer may not be able to produce your order piece. In such cases, you will be offered an alternate option / store credit / full refund.

  • We use the most reliable courier services for deliveries including FedEx, Delhivery, Shiprocket .

  • We would send you a tracking number and link to our courier company with your shipping confirmation email so you can track your order.

  • At times orders can get delayed for reasons outside of our control. If your order is delayed beyond 1 weeks of the estimated Delivery Time for some unforeseen reasons, we will get in touch with you to check if you would still like to continue with your order.   • Exchange can only be availed once per order.

  • In case of International order, all shipments will be clubbed and sent together.

Terms and conditions

  • Damage/Defective/Wrong Supply of products

    • In case of any discrepancy found, or damage to packet is noticed, please leave a suitable remark on receipt to logistics service provider/courier for accepting the delivery of the products.
    • In case the product is with a manufacturing defect or a wrong product has been received, kindly contact/email at “info@peelidori.com” within 48 Hours of receiving the products. Your email should contain comprehensive details along with images of the defects/complaints of the product delivered to you.
    • Your purchase is eligible for return or exchange only if it meets the following conditions:
      • An incorrect product has been delivered to you i.e. the product does not match the item in the order confirmation email.
      • If the product you receive has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect.
    • If your purchase meets our return criteria stated above, please contact our care team within 48 hours of delivery with the following information:
    • - Order number
      - Delivery address
      - Specify the reason for return and in case of a defective or incorrect product, please send us an image of the item
    • Our Quality Check team will verify the manufacturing defects, after that our customer service team will email or contact you for the necessary action.
    • The product must be received within 10 days from the date of advice by Customer Service Department. Please ensure that the product you return is unused, unworn and the original tags are intact.

  • Incorrect / Incomplete Shipping address
    • We are unable to offer refunds if we’ve been given an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, or if there are three failed delivery attempts by our shipping agency and/or the package is refused by the recipient.

  • Colors
    • We have made every effort to display the colours of our products that appear on peelidori as accurately as possible. However, as computer monitors, tablets and mobile devices vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of a colour will be completely accurate.

  • Cancellation Policy
    • Please note an order can only cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order. Once the order is processed after 24 hours, no cancellation request will be entertained.
    • As part of usual business practice, peelidori reserves the right to cancel the order and refund the entire amount back to you, if order has not been approved / processed by peelidori.

Refunds and Exchange

  • Store Credit / Refund
    • We do not have a refund Policy as the products are made to order.
    • We will be happy to, following a quality check, offer you a store credit, as applicable in your case. This will be processed within 7 business days after receiving of products as per peelidori - Terms & Conditions..
    • We will be happy to exchange your order with any other size or product .

  • LIST OF NON-RETURNABLE OR NON-EXCHANGEABLE PRODUCTS
    • Custom made products.
    • Orders placed using store credit
    • Unstitched items like Dupattas, Sarees with unstitched blouse
    • Altered products as per the specifications/measurements provided by you
    • Products that are purchased in any sale / promotion organized by peelidori
    • Products which were identified/marked as non-returnable or non-exchangeable at the time of purchase.

  • Store Credit
    • Once issued, your Store Credit is valid for a lifetime.
    • In order to redeem your Store Credit, you need to register with peelidori.com.
    • Store Credits can be redeemed against all products on peelidori.com.
    • However, they cannot be returned or refunded, and are non-transferable. Store Credits cannot be redeemed for cash in part or in whole, or converted into credit notes.
    • They cannot be used to purchase a Store Credit.
    • If the order amount exceeds the value of your Store Credit, the remaining balance must be settled at checkout. COD will not be acceptable.
    • If you wish to return products you have purchased using a Store Credit, peelidori’s Exchange & Return Policy will apply.
    • peelidori.com is not responsible if your Store Credit is lost, stolen, or used without your permission. We shall not be held responsible for any unauthorised and/or fraudulent purchases made using the Store Credit. We presume that the guest presenting the Store Credit code is the intended beneficiary of the voucher. Hence, we shall not verify whether the person redeeming it is the actual/intended beneficiary of the Store Credit.
    • peelidori.com reserves the right to cancel or reject a Store Credit without prior intimation if we reasonably suspect that the gift code has been utilised or is invalid, or if the guest is not the intended recipient.
    • peelidori Store Credit is an e-card and no delivery charges apply. However, peelidori.com’s standard delivery T&C apply for purchases made with it.
    • If a guest purchases peelidori Store Credit(s) alongside other products, standard delivery charges will apply (except during promotional free delivery periods).
    • Store Credits cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, with the exception of free delivery promotions.
    • This Store Credit will be governed by the laws of India and disputes, if any, shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Delhi only.
