Standard shipping time is 7 to 12 working days in India and 15 to 20 working days outside India.
For all orders within India above Rs 10,000, we offer free shipping. For international deliveries, we offer free shipping on orders above Rs 49,000.
For deliveries within India, the price of the product listed on the website includes GST.
For deliveries outside India, customs duties and local taxes must be paid by customers to our shipping partner at the time of delivery. The amount depends on the policies of the destination country.
Delivery time for your order starts on the day after the order confirmation.
Due to unforeseen circumstances, a designer may not be able to produce your order. In such cases, you will be offered an alternative option, store credit, or a full refund.
We use reliable courier services, including FedEx, Delhivery, and Shiprocket.
We will send you a tracking number and link to our courier company in your shipping confirmation email so you can track your order.
If your order is delayed by more than one week beyond the estimated delivery time for unforeseen reasons, we will contact you to confirm whether you wish to continue with the order. For further details on shipping, please see our terms of use.
Exchange can only be availed once per order.
In the case of an international order, all shipments will be combined and sent together.
Terms and conditions
Damage, defective, or wrong supply of products
If any discrepancy or damage to the packet is found, please leave a suitable remark with the courier or logistics provider upon delivery.
If the product has a manufacturing defect or a wrong item has been received, please email info@peelidori.com within 48 hours of delivery. Your email should include details and images of the defect or issue.
Your purchase is eligible for return or exchange only if it meets the following conditions:
An incorrect product has been delivered to you, i.e., the product does not match the item in the order confirmation email.
The product you received has a genuine quality or manufacturing defect.
If your purchase meets our return criteria, please contact our care team within 48 hours of delivery with the following information:
- Order number - Delivery address - Reason for return and, in case of a defective or incorrect product, an image of the item
Our quality check team will verify the defect. After verification, our customer service team will contact you for the next steps.
The product must be received within 10 days from the date advised by the customer service department. Please ensure the product is unused, unworn, and that the original tags are intact.
Incorrect or incomplete shipping address
We are unable to offer refunds if the provided shipping address is incorrect or incomplete, or if there are three failed delivery attempts by our courier, or the package is refused by the recipient.
Colors
We have made every effort to display the colors of our products on Peeli Dori as accurately as possible. However, as computer monitors, tablets, and mobile devices vary, we cannot guarantee that your screen’s display of color will be completely accurate.
Cancellation policy
An order can only be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. Once the order is processed after 24 hours, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
As part of usual business practice, Peeli Dori reserves the right to cancel an order and refund the entire amount if the order has not been approved or processed by Peeli Dori.

Store credit or refund
We do not offer refunds as our products are made to order.
After a quality check, we will offer store credit if applicable. This will be processed within seven business days after receiving the product as per Peeli Dori terms and conditions.
We are happy to exchange your order for another size or product.
Non-returnable or non-exchangeable products
Custom-made products.
Orders placed using store credit.
Unstitched items such as dupattas and sarees with unstitched blouses.
Products altered according to specifications or measurements provided by you.
Products purchased during any sale or promotion organized by Peeli Dori.
Products marked as non-returnable or non-exchangeable at the time of purchase.
Store credit
Once issued, your store credit is valid until the expiry date mentioned on the credit note.
To redeem your store credit, you must register on peelidori.com.
Store credit can be used for all products on peelidori.com.
Store credit cannot be returned, refunded, or transferred. It cannot be exchanged for cash, in part or whole, or converted into another credit note.
Store credit cannot be used to purchase another store credit.
If the order amount exceeds the store credit value, the balance must be paid during checkout. Cash on delivery (COD) is not accepted.
If you return a product purchased using store credit, Peeli Dori’s exchange and return policy will apply.
Peelidori.com is not responsible if your store credit is lost, stolen, or used without permission. We are not liable for unauthorized or fraudulent purchases made using the store credit. We assume that the guest presenting the store credit code is the intended recipient and will not verify their identity.
Peeli Dori reserves the right to cancel or reject a store credit without prior notice if the gift code appears to be used, invalid, or belongs to an unintended recipient.
Peeli Dori store credit is an e-card; no delivery charges apply. However, peelidori.com’s standard delivery terms and conditions apply to purchases made using it.
If a guest purchases Peeli Dori store credit along with other products, standard delivery charges will apply (except during promotional free delivery periods).
Store credit cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, except for free delivery promotions.
This store credit is governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Delhi only.
